Molecular Mechanisms of Endocrine Disruption in Largemouth Bass
The major goals of this research project are to examine the induction of vitellogenin at the molecular level, characterize the estrogen receptors of largemouth bass and to begin to make a DNA array to measure mRNA changes in liver that happen because of estrogen exposure.
